Blueberry Chia Jam

This healthy version of a jam contains less than a handful of ingredients and taste delicious. It's loaded with antioxidants and contains healthy fats and omega 3's coming from the chia seeds making it super good for you. You can use the same method to make raspberry version or any other berry jam you wish. Load it up on your oats, have it on toast, or even on hot as a compote on pancakes.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cook the frozen blueberries in a saucepan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, slowly mashing or crushing them up as you go with a fork. Feel free to leave a few chunks in for texture.
