Caesar Salad

A salad made with a healthier caesar dressing and homemade croutons. It’s got the tanginess and creaminess that you would want from a traditional caesar salad, but this one is completely plant-based. I often have this in a wrap or flatbread too. Tip: Slightly stale bread works perfectly for the homemade croutons and if you don’t have access to vegan chicken, you can use tofu or tempeh instead.
